Content on this website may describe fitness, wellness, or studio activities for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting a new fitness program. You participate in studio activities at your own risk and should follow staff instructions and safety rules.

Complimentary or promotional first-visit offers are subject to studio availability, instructor capacity, geographic or location rules, and may change or end at any time. Scheduling is not guaranteed until confirmed by us. We may deny or revoke an offer where we reasonably believe it is ineligible, abusive, duplicate, or violates these Terms.

Offers are generally intended for prospective new guests. If you already hold a membership or previously redeemed a similar offer, eligibility may be limited.

If you provide contact information and consent to receive calls or text messages, you agree we may contact you using automated technology where permitted, consistent with the disclosures and consent language presented at the time you opted in, and with our Privacy Policy.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS where applicable, and follow unsubscribe instructions in promotional emails. Opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily opt you out of non-promotional messages that the law allows without consent (for example, certain transactional notices), where applicable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Enzo Fit BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OFFERS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DIRECTLY FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enzo Fitand its owners, staff, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third party rights.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles, except where a mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. Venue and jurisdiction for disputes will be as required by applicable law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we post changes on this website. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires a different consent process.
